Kim Ridings’ background in Customer Service, Human Resources, Sales and Management has given her over 30 years of experience in domestic and international customer support in several industries, with a focus in orthopedics since 2012. Her dedication to the team, sales force, customers and surgeons is ultimately driven by her intense desire to serve the children whose lives are so drastically improved by our products. She previously worked for Nick Deeter at OrthoPediatrics and Nextremity Solutions. Kim is from the Plymouth area and enjoys 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren.
